Beautiful feet

Our feet is another important area to take care of out of our face, hands and body. The feet area is easily prone to cuts, dehydration, line, rough surface, corns, skin cracks and joint pain. Here are some tips you should try to apply daily or at least every two days.

In the evening, pour hot water into a container large enough to put both feet in it, the amount of water on a little more than half of the basin. Add a tablespoon of Epsom salt, allow to dissolve in water, then put both feet down. Relax for 20 minutes, you can take a nap, watch your favorite TV show or even a facial mask and relax. Another easier way is simply to hot water without any other ingredients.

To remove strong feet odor, add a few drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil or citronella oil on a dish with warm water and soak your feet for 20 minutes a day instead of salt. These essential oils contain antiseptic and anti-bacterial to overcome the heavy smell of feet and foot problems in sweat.

Tip 1: Use 5 drops of tea tree oil and ¾ basin of warm water to soak your feet for at least 20 minutes. Pat your feet dry. (Replace with eucalyptus, peppermint or lemon oil in July).

Tip 2: Mix 2 drops of tea tree oil, 2 drops of peppermint oil or eucalyptus oil and 1 drop of lavender ¾ basin of warm water, soak feet for at least 20 minutes. Pat your feet dry.

Tip No. 3: Are you able to find water with lemon (found in Asian countries), pour 1 ½ cup of lemon water in the pool of warm water, soak your feet in at least 20 minutes. Dry your feet.

After all, foot soak, remove your foot at a time when the basin. Dry your feet with a clean towel. Apply some lotion and put a pair of clean cotton socks. You can leave your socks while you sleep or remove the socks when you go to bed, it's your choice.
